Birdie DV-1 is designed to serve in modern DVB solutions as reliable and cost effective network adapter for the de-encapsulation of MPEG compressed TS sent over IP networks.
|
Birdie DV-1 adapter offers by default a 100BaseT electrical network interface for receiving one or two IP encapsulated MPEG-TSs and output it to BNC ASI. Optional there is an electrical and/or optical 1GE port available.
DC power inlet enables the Birdie DV-1 to be part of an existing uninterruptible power supply (UPS) management.
State of the art FEC according to ProMPEG CoP3 is as self-evident as conformance to all relevant standards and regulations.
Birdie DV-1 can be controlled and operated either via the self-explaining integrated web-interface or be part of an umbrella management system by embedding it via SNMP protocol.
